Today marks the premiere of Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 on Disney+, and they kicked things off with a two-episode premiere, which makes it easy to jump right back into the story. Percy is back at Camp Half-Blood, and the episodes do a great job of reminding viewers where we left off while introducing a few new mysteries to unravel.
The show balances action, humor, and mythology. The visuals and creature designs feel impressive, and the chemistry between the main cast helps make the world feel lived-in and fun. Even in the premiere episodes, it’s clear the stakes have ramped up, with bigger threats and more challenges that lean further into the adventures Rick Riordan’s books made so beloved.
