San Diego, Thursday, July 21, 2022 — One of my favorite parts of San Diego Comic-Con is checking out the off-site events around the convention, and the Fandom Party was a highlight this year.
The Fandom Party took place at FLOAT at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. It was great to see everyone back together again after a couple of years away from SDCC, celebrating Comic-Con and everything that makes the fan community so special.
The party had a great atmosphere with fun activations, entertainment, and plenty of familiar faces. One of the coolest parts of the night was seeing so many celebrities there enjoying the event with fans.
It was especially fun getting to see Jeenie Weenie. She is every bit as sweet, fun, and cool as she comes across online. It was awesome seeing her with her husband, Johnny, at the party and sharing the experience with so many other fans. Bonus, we made it on her Instagram account!
Fandom always does a great job of creating an event that feels made for fans. From the food to the setup to the overall vibe, it was a fun way to spend Thursday evening!
