The coolest thing I saw at SDCC 2023 was the Grimlock Auto-Converting Robot, Flagship Series Collector’s Edition by Robosen. This wasn’t just a display piece. Watching Grimlock transform between T-Rex and robot mode on its own, walk, and move with such smooth balance was absolutely mind-blowing.
It recognizes 42 voice commands and features over 150 built-in Transformers audio lines recorded by Gregg Berger, the original voice of G1 Grimlock. Seeing it transform live on the show floor felt unreal and easily made it one of the most impressive things I experienced at Comic-Con this year.
