Jeni’s Biscuits with the Boss Is Back! One of the sweetest surprises arrived at my doorstep this week. Jeni’s Ice Cream sent me their returning Ted Lasso-inspired flavor, Biscuits with the Boss.
If you’ve watched Ted Lasso, you probably remember the famous shortbread biscuits Ted brought to Rebecca every morning. This ice cream is inspired by those cookies, and it captures that buttery, comforting flavor.
It’s a salted butter sweet cream ice cream packed with chunks of buttery shortbread cookies. It’s rich, creamy, and has just the right balance of sweet and salty. I also love the pint design. It’s inspired by Ted’s blue AFC Richmond jacket, which makes it even more fun for Ted fanatics.
A big thank you to Jeni’s for sending this my way. It was such a fun surprise to receive, and I can see why this flavor has become such a favorite.
